INSURANCE RENEWAL 2011 – 2012

Yes it is that time of year again insurance renewal time, could any Troupe that has not as yet received their renewal forms from me could they please either contact me by email on deniseray53@hotmail.com or by telephone after 6pm any evening on 01702 612533 or leave a message and I will get back to you.

For those who have received their paperwork but not yet returned it to me could you please let me have this as soon as possible so that I can get the necessary policy in place and on risk.

Help For Heroes

Dear Troupe Leaders & UKFM Members

I am please to inform you that the donation of £1225 from the sale of wristbands for nationals 2010 has now been received from Help for Heroes, and I have attached the official notification and thank you letter received.

Thank you once again and please assured the money will be spent wisely, to help in the rehabilitation of injured service personnel.

100 CLUB

Troupe Leaders'

'100 Club'

As a fund-raising exercise, we would like to get the above up and running.

Most of you will be familiar with such clubs but briefly, ours will be run along

the lines of a monthly draw of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes - half of the monthly income

going out in prizes; the remainder to the U.K.F.M to assist with hall hire charges etc.,

for the coming season.

To set it up, I would ask an individual to pledge a stake of £1 per month (£12 per year)

for which a personal number would be issued. The Club would require a minimum of

100 members to make it worthwhile, so I would ask that you 'spread the word' among

your Troupe parents' who may wish to take part as individuals.

Also, I would further ask that you speak to other Troupes' in your area who may not

have access to email/website facilities so that everyone within the 'U.K.F.M family' has

an opportunity to take part.

It would be ideal to get the Club operating before the new season starts in September,

so I would appreciate your response.

INSURANCE RENEWAL 2010/11

Hi All

Its that time of year again insurance renewal, if you have note already received either by email or post renewal papers from me could you please let me know either by email deniseray53@hotmail.com or by telephone 01702 612533 I am at home any evening except Tuesdays from 6pm but I have an answerphone and if you leave a message I will get back to you.

If you have received papers but not sent them back yet could I please ask that you get them to me by the end of this month. The policy runs from 1 September to 31 August and I would like to get it in place as soon as possible.
